NIVIA is a rising brand in India and internationally. This building is part of a larger campus of 4 buildings in the small town of Jalandhar. The factory is designed as 2 blocks with a street cutting between. The blocks are connected by a façade that is shaped a neat geometry and edge landscape.

Modern factories can be positive spaces of comfort, aesthetic and sustainable design.
Adding 2 new blocks to the existing 2 in a factory site in Jalandhar became a plan to enhance the existing work environment at a campus level and in the building itself. The 2 blocks have a street between them that connects them. But other elements also connect them – the facade, connecting bridges and a common aesthetic.
The materials are kept simple, with regular construction technology. The double facade shades the building from the harsh sun, the planters make it cooler and greener. The artful composition makes it even more pleasing. And air cooling tech along with the façade design makes the building comfortable in the harsh climate.
